Adrienne Mountain is an experimental animator and video artist from Toronto, Canada. They are a graduate of OCAD University and have attended the Pratt Institute and NSCAD University. Their work often explores mental health and identity formation with an emphasis on process. Their debut film Lady Strips received the jury award for Best Animation at the 2018 NFFTY festival and was recognized with an award from OCAD University upon graduation.

In addition to their artistic pursuits, Adrienne studies psychology and counseling, expanding their practice into personal and character development. They have collaborated with writers to develop compelling, multidimensional characters and narratives. Adrienne also offers creative counseling services, drawing on their background in the arts and psychology to support clients in exploring their own stories, challenges, and creative potential.
